About Us

The Canyon County ATV Club was chartered in 2006 and currently has 122 members and 6 sponsors.  Our club and other local ATV / UTV clubs share a common passion for riding and the outdoors.  Club involvement offers the opportunity to meet new friends, volunteer for trail clean-ups, participate in camp-outs, and ride trails or areas you may not have been aware of or had access to.  Rides are organized throughout the year by members with consideration to skill level, rider safety, and the protection of trails.

We are a self-supporting club. The club is governed by a set of bylaws, which establishes a five person Board of Directors that manages the club. Generally, the Board of Directors meets monthly (anyone is welcome to attend) whereas the general membership meetings are held monthly.

We strive to have a good time, ride safe and smart, and keep club members informed via membership meetings, our web site, and periodic group emails (please keep your email address up-to-date to receive event reminders and other club information).

We are also proud members of the Idaho State ATV / UTV Association (ISATVA), which works to keep roads and trails open for all.  The association was created to fill a need for OHV users in Idaho and have a unified voice speaking for all ATV / UTV users.  The association was the result of the 2009 merger of the Idaho ATV Association and the Gem State ATV Association.  With the merger of these two organizations, Idaho now has an organization representing all of Idaho.
