The Canyon County ATV Club would not be able to hold the Fun Ride event without support from sponsor Birds of Prey Motorsports. A requirement of participation for drivers and passengers is completion of the TMI Group Riding Event Form.

Please read through the document below. The following two options are available for completion:

Print form, sign, and present to volunteers at packet pick-up station.

Sign waiver form at packet pick-up station.​
